Awe, I am so glad that my son invited me to watch the 2011 MTV VMAs (Video Music Awards). I got to see Beyonce show her baby bump on stage after singing "Love On Top" (such a powerful song). It was sooooooooooo adorable. The diva opened her jacket, turned sideways in her stylish maternity pants, smiled and rubbed her baby bump for the world to see. Of course her smile was hitting the audience where her husband Jay-Z and his friend, Kanye West, were showing their excitement. Prior to this obvious display of "confirmation" that Beyonce is pregnant, MTV tweeted OMG Beyonce just made a huge announcement on the #vma carpet! #baby!!!!!

I know that she is not an over 35 celebrity, but this is HUGE ... I had to post a quick blog to mark this occasion (and to think I was giving my son a hard time and not sitting to watch the MTV Music Video Awards at first). It was just beautiful, but the best part is that the 29 year old songstress always wanted to have a baby at 30 years old and did an interview with CNN's Piers Morgan, a few months ago, stating that she did not know when she would have children and that she had no intention of retiring at 30 (as she had once stated in another interview).WHAT A BLESSING!!! This was not a planned pregnancy and her dream is coming true ... Beyonce will have her baby at 30 (her birthday is in just a few days on September 4th); another under 35 celebrity mom to contradict the latest pregnancy trend.

Yes, it is real this time, Beyonce is pregnant by husband Jay-Z and the blessed couple is expecting their baby ...? Now, all we need to know is when Beyonce is due to deliver her baby? If Beyonce has a baby bump that might mean that she is more than 1st semester, right?

Does anyone know when Beyonce is due?

Mariah Carey Is Still Pregnant - Twins Babies Coming Soon (Boy & Girl) - Hubby Is Ready!

Mariah Carey fans can't wait to see the "Carey-Cannon Twins", and Nick Cannon says that baby bags are packed and they are ready to go ... ANY DAY NOW ... Woo Hoo!!!

I've held off as long as I can, but I had to post at least one blog about one of my favorite over 35 and pregnant celebrity, Mariah Carey. She is due to deliver any day now and I am just as anxious as the rest of the Mimi fans that have been patiently waiting for the arrival of the "Carey-Cannon Twins" (YES, this is how they are referenced on Mariah Carey's website ... ). Nick Cannon announced that the babies are were expected to arrive this Spring (April 2011 / May 2011) during the interview with Spike Lee on his Rollin' talk show. He told Elllen DeGeneres that they have the hospital bags packed and ready to GO GO GO ... the following is a video of Nick Cannon on the Ellen DeGeneres show on April 27, 2011:



As you can see, Nick Cannon is one proud papa in the waiting. I love how he tells Ellen that Mariah is due "any second ... we've got the bags packed ... I'm ready!". Little did I know that Mariah's gone further than most people with twins have made it through their pregnancy (she's such a diva). How about when he says, "I think they're like, uh, got college educations already". How comical for Nick Cannon to explain it this way, but just like any first time father, he sounded so excited when he told Ellen "We've got the bags packed ... I'm ready" ... The funny thing is that although this celebrity comes across "calm, cool and collective", he admitted that he is very squeamish about being in the delivery room and that Mariah Carey is "calm" and "cool" one about having these twins. Isn't that how it typically is when we get close to delivery time?

Can you believe that Penélope Cruz (Age 36) and Javier Bardem had their baby boy ONE MONTH after we had baby Max and one day earlier than Christina Applegate? TOO COOL!!!! Their baby boy's name is Leo Encinas and the picture above shows that he is quite the precious one. I love that although this celebrity mom is very private about her personal life, Penélope Cruz did not play with the tabloids and released this picture so soon.

I wish this Celebrity mommy all of the happiness in the world. Blessings to your family!

This over 35 and pregnant celebrity looks fantastic in her baby bump. Penélope Cruz and Javier Bardem (married July of 2010) are expecting their first child in January 2011. She will be 36 years old when she gives birth. I personally think this is a great age to have a baby.

Think that celebrities have the best maternity clothes? Wrong!

Check out Keyshia Cole in this unflattering tutu! Her stylist should REALLY be ashamed ... Meanwhile, as I entered my 3rd trimester, my maternity clothes were not so flattering on my swollen body, too. I would have REALLY liked to have met and told off the person that approved skinny jeans for pregnant woman. Mind you that I am a curvy mommy, but I was not fat when I got pregnant. Either way, I ended up being more than just a "baby bump" and the department stores made it almost impossible to stick to the traditional elastic wasted pants. Plus, I wanted to sport jeans! In this case, every pair of maternity jeans that I found were ... SKINNY JEANS ... and at like $35 to $60 a pair when not on sale! Someone really needs to tell these companies that our legs swell and our butt gets bigger, therefore those skinny jeans with the mock jean waste are uncomfortable towards the 3rd trimester; especially when we are "ready to blow" at 9 months pregnant.

Leave the skinny jeans for the younger or pregnant moms that are all belly ... bring back the regular maternity jeans for those who develop more butt, belly and thighs during the process ... we will gladly wear our skinny jeans after we loose the pregnancy weight!

Anyways, the post here being that Keyshia Cole and Cleveland Cavaliers player Daniel Gibson were blessed with a beautiful 7 lbs. 3 oz baby boy that they named Daniel Hiram Gibson Jr. on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at 11:54 p.m.
