Pregnant women and nursing mothers get a complete package of dairy (milk, cheese, eggs), grains (bread, rice, cereal), tuna fish and peanut butter. WIC also gives vouchers for vegetables and fruit. They provide infants with formula and babies with milk, cereal and baby food (fruit and vegetables).
